Our Story
Bordertown Coffee and Bake Shop started with a simple idea: what if we just made things well, slowly, and without cutting corners? We roast in small batches, bake before dawn, and source ingredients we're comfortable putting in front of our own family.
Located on 16th Street in Fruitland, we're the kind of place where regulars know your name and your usual. It's not a brand. It's just a shop that decided to care.
Our beans arrive green and are roasted in small batches right here. We track every variable — time, temperature, airflow — so each cup has clarity and character.
Every croissant, roll, and loaf is mixed, shaped, and put in the oven before the shop opens. If it's still on the shelf at noon, it's still good — but it won't be there long.
